Urban Prism
Tokyo, Japan | 2024 | Gensler Tokyo | Project Architect, SD

Urban Prism reimagines the conventional office tower as a vibrant urban destination where work, culture, technology and everyday life meet. Just as a prism splits light into a spectrum of colour, the design offers a varied network of activity-based spaces that invite discovery, interaction and collaboration. The building’s lower levels extend beyond the traditional workplace and become an interconnected urban hub. This creates new experiences and strengthens the relationship between the building, its occupants and the surrounding city. The proposal was second place in an international design competition.
