Waikiki Vacation Home
Waikiki, Hawaii, USA | 2024-2025 | Gensler Tokyo | Project Architect, SD,DD

Set in the heart of Waikiki, this private vacation home was conceived as a tranquil resort retreat surrounded by water. The building is split into two parallel volumes that frame a central pool, so water becomes part of the living space and not just a backdrop. A timber-clad roof canopy ties the volumes together, giving privacy while keeping the home open and connected to the garden.
